Hi, I’m Mariia — your course instructor and a professional florist.
I started my journey through volunteering and learning everything from scratch. At the time, I didn’t have access to clear, beginner-friendly resources that explained the basics of floristry in a simple way.
So I experimented, practiced, made mistakes — and gradually fell in love with floristry.
Today, I’m a London-based florist working in leading studios across retail, events, and corporate projects.
I created this course to bring together everything I’ve learned into one simple starting point — so you can create beautiful handmade bouquets for your home, make thoughtful gifts for your loved ones, and maybe even take the first step toward a career in floristry!

In this lesson you’ll learn my top three 'no-fail' colour combinations that look amazing every time. You’ll discover how to blend shades like a natural artist, which colours to avoid mixing together, and the simple secret to creating a harmonious mood in your vase
Lesson 3 — Mastering the Basics: How to Prep & Shape Your Bouquet
In this lesson you’ll turn flower stems into a professional-looking bouquet; learn how to condition your flowers so they stay fresher for longer; how to choose the right vase; and learn the famous spiral technique to give your bouquet that perfect, airy shape.

It’s time to bring your flowers to life! In this lesson you’ll move from individual stems to a complete bouquet, focusing on a relaxed grip, the secret of asymmetry, and how to place your 'star' flowers so they truly shine, creating a balanced composition that looks super professional.
